They show Gau Leader Josef Brckel, one with Joseph Goebbels. The reverse identifies the owner as picture department of the central editorial staff Bavarian Ostmark in Bayreuth. Footnote: Josef Brckel (18951944) was a veteran of the First War. He joined the NSDAP in 1921 (membership no. 33,979). He became a Gau Leader in the Rhineland Palatinate region in 1926.
