Originally built around the needs of a unit, the Afterburner was designed to a specific set of criteria. The outer sleeve hold the internal medical insert organizer. The openings are adjusted with shock cord, which can be stowed along the opening to prevent the cord from becoming a snag hazard. The outer surface
