German MCM Orange and Brown Striped Cachepot or Planter winder and very sturdily attachedThis is a super sharp looking Wilhelm Kagel West German small planter or cachepot, c. 1950s 60s, incised with the WK mark on the underside. I find the combination of the form and surface decoration just perfect, and think it would be great filled with anything from a narcissus to an orchid to something leafy green. I believe this piece is specifically by Wilhelm Kagel Jr., who had studied at the Keramische Fachschule in Hhr, took over his father's
