German Half-Liter Stoneware Beer Stein with Fox what's what at home and abroad and short upturned rope tailI really love the fox on this German beer stein, ears perked, teeth bared, and tongue wagging as it surely glimpses a predator on the horizon. I don't believe it is very old (I found another with the same fox and a pewter lid being sold online by a German importer), but as far as beer steins go, I think it's a pretty great one, and would also serve one well for a giant cup of coffee.
