He has put a lot of thought and experience into the design. This shorter version of the Telescopic stem are 3 piece, will telescope in to 18" (46cm) and have an extended out length of 42" (107cm) and available in two colours. These are suitable for juniors and smaller people. Please check before ordering that 42" is long enough. We
