3 Ceramic Spindle Whorl Beads, Dogon indian headed nickel Antique coptic cross from EthiopiaSet of 3 old, and rare ceramic "spindle whorl" beads from the Dogon tribe in Mali. These are made of a dark clay with some various lines and dots, but some are plain. Some bicone, some round, some flat ended, no two alike! Cotton spinning with a weighted drop spindle still goes on today in Mali. These are particular to Dogon Tribal People and are as old as 200 years! One of a kind. Sold in a group of 3 various sizes and shapes.
