Clematis Niobe, 3L AGM Clematis The President is aNiobe is a small medium climber with velvety ruby red flowers that fade to wine colour, with bright greenish yellow stamens. A popular clematis, bred in Poland and introduced here in 1975, it flowers over a long period, from late spring to early autumn. For deeper flower colour, plant in light shade.
