Fine Yemeni workmanship with detailed 3 dimensional worn tall top, smooth band, so elegant! It is size 9 from the early 1900's. Top stands 18mm tall x 16mm diameter at base of ring. Heavy weight, though the top is hollowed out, smooth from wear.
