Instituted in 1942. 3 Clasps BASARABIA, NISTRU, ODESSA. In bronze, engraver marked "P. GRANT" on the obverse, measuring 31. 8 mm in diameter, edge nicks, light contact, original ribbon with hook and eye, very fine. Footnote: The Crusade Against Communism Medal was instituted on April 01, 1942 by the Royal Decree No. 1014 of the King Mihai I of Romania. It was awarded to all branches of the
