Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a red and white checkered diamond, overlaid by a central black mobile swastika, set within a gilt border, the reverse with a vertical pinback meeting a locking catch, marked with a B indicating a replacement piece, a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo, and a maker code of M1 120 for Wilhelm Deumer, Ldenscheid, measuring 16. 94 mm (w) x 28. 52 mm
