Constructed of glazed white porcelain, the obverse bearing a central blue underglaze inscription of ART. REGT. 195, topped by a 1939 Iron Cross, and situated within a circular oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a regimental emblem and at the top by a date of 1939, the reverse maker marked with the logo of Meissen Porcelain and a stamped design code of N117, perforated with two holes which
