An Order of the Crown of Romania, III Class Commander, Civil Division, c.1900 consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac (Possibly done by Poynt himself)(Ordin "Corona Romaniei"). Instituted in 1881. Type I (1881 1941). Multi piece construction, in silver gilt with red and white enamels, royal crown on the obverse centrepiece, measuring 61 mm (w) x 61 mm (h), chipping and loss evident in the white enamels on the obverse and reverse centrepiece rings, and in the red enamels on the arm at 3 o'clock on the obverse, on its frayed original full length neck ribbon, fine.
