A gilded bronze Cross Patte with pebbled arms, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a circular central medallion depicting the Royal Prussian crown, surrounded by a blue enamelled ring, inscribed GOTT MIT UNS (GOD WITH US) in gilt lettering, the reverse with a circular central medallion depicting the royal cipher of Kaiser Wilhelm I,
