Constructed of red cotton twill, the obverse overlaid by a central white cotton disc measuring 15 cm in diameter, bearing a dyed black mobile swastika, the hoist edge featuring a hollow channel retaining an original drawstring for suspension, unmarked, measuring 38 cm (w) x 29. 5 cm (h), demonstrating minor soiling to the base material, an early example in better than very fine condition.
