GOLD, platinum, and enamels, oval, manufactured at Leningrad mint with raised "Leningradskii Monetny Dvor" mark and numbered "280636" on reverse, 38 mm x 40. 5 mm, weighing 46. 3 grams, five sided ribbon suspension, better than extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of Lenin was the highest award of the Soviet Union and was established by the Presidium of the Central Committee
