Constructed of black rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered golden yellow Reichsbahn style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, situated above an inscription of RVD KIEW, unmarked, measuring 100 mm (w) x 70 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
