A well preserved Waffen SS Panzer EM NCOs M40 overseas cap, constructed of black wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls which are gently sloped toward the front. Visible on the peak is the unmistakable outline of an SS style German national eagle insignia which has since been lost to time. Directly below the peak, the front of the walls similarly demonstrates the outline of an SS
