A frosted silver star, insignia in gilt bronze with red enamels with green enamel laurels, measuring 65. 5 mm (w) x 65. 5 mm (h), 58. 4 grams, unmarked, vertical pinback, extremely fine. Footnote: Awarded to military officers for outstanding military merit, and issued during 1963 1991 period.
