Constructed of multi coloured, multi piece cotton blend material in the style of the Imperial German tri colour, with interior handwritten inscription partially reading Fr Erinnerung an der Kaiser Wilhelm Spende 8. Juni 1916 (For remembrance of Kaiser Wilhelms donation 8 June 1916), unmarked, measuring 165. 5 mm (w) x 121 mm (h) when folded, soiling of the exterior evident, in otherwise fine condition.
