Serlby Size:S: 60 x 45cm Crosby Hall at no 95'Serlby', 1899. George Edward Milnes Monckton Arundell, 7th Viscount Galway and 1st Baron Monckton, in hunting clothes. George Monckton Arundell (1844 1931) was Conservative MP for Nottinghamshire North from 1872 1885. Created Baron Monckton in 1887, he served as Aide de Camp to Queen Victoria, King Edward VII and finally King George V, from 1897 1920. Cartoon from Vanity Fair, 5th January 1899.
