There is some variation in the size and shape of the "balls"--a couple of then more ovular than round--and it seems that a couple of the shelves or walls separating them might have been repaired at some point (it's hard to tell--one can see cuts along the walls on the middle ones
) I really love the finery surrounding this very refined

Perfect Blue-Purple German Glasur Keramik Planter carved wooden whimsy I have learned that LerouxThis smallish planter is hard to photograph it sort of glows, making it look kind of soft around the edges. I am reluctant to call it periwinkle as it seems a bit too rich for that, but it's really a perfect color, and a perfect form, too really, can't argue with a thing about it! 6" in diameter, 5 7 8" tall. Marked Made in Germany, Glasur Keramik on the underside. Excellent condition.
