The nose evokes strawberries, figs and licorice, with a smoky and slightly roasted touch, characteristic of its aging in oak barrels. On the palate, the wine unfolds in volume and density, with aromas of morello cherry and black olive, enveloped by firm but already patinated tannins. 45% Syrah, 34% Merlot, 14% Cinsault, 7% Mourvdre Sustainable, Organic, Biodynamic
