These are plastic bolt caps which cover the bolts that hold the toilet to the floor. There is a plastic ring which slides over the bolt, and then a cover which snaps onto the bolt cap ring. We supply these in sets of 2. Most toilets have 2 bolt caps, and some have 4. If your toilet has 4 bolt caps and you want to replace all of them, you'll need to order 2 sets.
