Eskimo Art at the Artisans, Newbury Street 1970s Poster hand-painted wooden sign and it is one IThis striking poster dates to the earlyish 1970s I believe, from an exhibition of "Eskimo Art" at the Artisans, a shop and gallery at 165 Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay, which may, but I am not certain, have had an affiliation with the Society of Arts and Crafts, the address of which I believe was 175 Newbury Street at the time. While there is a bit of damage on the bottom edge, I think it's just a stunning thing that I think I would never tire
