Sailor Laddie 1903 Pen and Ink Drawing custom sign founded in 1909When I first saw this drawing I thought the caption read "Sailor Daddie", which happily lends is another dimension! Just a great drawing I think, complete with little sailboat at his feet and HMS on his cap (for His or Her Majesty's Ship) making one assume it is British. Initialed EMB it appears and dated 1903 at lower right. 7 7 8" x 6 1 2". Very good antique condition, with a little age toning around the edges and a few small stains here and there.
