a high blush on this young woman's cheeks as she turns her to meet the gaze of the viewer

though I believe the one at left is something of a third wheel

Postmarked 1903 and mailed from a young Vera in Prineville Oregon to her cousin "Master Carlton Sparks" in Allendale

and this one to my eye is as good as they come

As Found: Lovely c. 1870s Set of Bone Game Pegs with Handwritten (in French) Solitaire Instructions and Score Cards antique love token a high blush on thisI found these bone pegs just like this, stashed in one side of the wooden box included in photos, with the pale blue paper and handwritten scoring cards folded up and stuck in to the other. And they may just have sat there just like that since the 1870s. 1874 appears on the face of the scoring cards, which look to have been cut down from printed tickets for a lecture sermon by Charles Jean Marie Loyson (18271912), better known by his religious name
