I spent a little time with these cards while I was photographing them and have to say they're pretty terrific for generating new thoughts and directions of thinking

Well Knocked Around Old Wire Jointed Man with Red Stockings and Large Hands ceramic figure on horse I must say it feelsA sweet old painted, wire jointed figure, who looks rather French to me, and who I love most of all for those large hands with black paint against oyster white detailing each of his fingers. Perhaps there were once strings running through the wire loops at his joints that tugged at his limbs like a puppet, I am not totally sure. Now, he will balance in various positions on his own, including in a partial headstand! 8 7 8" t x 3 1 4" w arms down x 1".
