It features a lid that opens to reveal storage on the top half

It measures 4 3/8" tall with the lid on and 2" in diameter

This is the first I've seen quite like this, with a finely and wonderfully carved wooden back (oak, I'd guess!) featuring intertwining oak leaves and fabulous little acorns. The bristles are a blonde horsehair, I believe; very pretty against the wood, and in great, serviceable condition!
