Both of the women are wearing dresses with extremely full skirts and tight bodices. This look was achieved by wearing lots of petticoats and extra frills on the outside of the skirt. The top layer of both skirts has been gathered up to reveal more decoration underneath. Their hair accessories also match their dresses.
