A more restrained nose grudgingly reveals its ripe and ultra-spicy aromas of plum and black cherry liqueur
Benjamin Leroux, Mazis Chambertin Brut Zero and the wine has a(mostly from Mazis Bas; to be bottled only in magnum). There is a whiff of the sauvage to the ripe and very fresh aromas of red and dark cherry, along with hints of forest floor and lavender. The succulent, round and velvety big bodied and muscular flavors that conclude in a sappy and caressing but imposingly powerful finish. This too could use more depth though better complexity will almost surely develop. Note that my suggested initial drinking
