Bodegas Viñatigo Negramoll 2016 MINERAL DRIVEN and Winemaker of the YearA native of Tenerife, Juan J. Mndez founded Vitigo in 1990. Driven by passion and love for his homeland, Juan decided to revive and work with all the native grapes once found on the Island. All the vineyards are planted with their original root stock (Pie Franco). The whites are made of Gual, Vijariego Blanco, Marmajuelo and Verdello, while the reds are Tintilla, Negramoll and Baboso. All of the wines are raised and bottled as 100% single varietal.
