this will work just fine
with good tannins and a fresh
This lovely effort will need at least a decade of bottle age
Jean-Marc Blain-Gagnard, Chassagne Montrachet Morgeot Blanc Vintage:2021 with complicating notes of espresso(from Les Boirettes and Champ Jendreau). Pretty, and distinctly floral suffused aromas include those of citrus rind and white fleshed fruit. The very rich and generously proportioned middle weight flavors possess plenty of sappy dry extract before terminating in a powerful and borderline tannic bitter lemon inflected finish. This would also benefit from at least a few years of keeping.
