The Bolore often gives the impression it is holding considerable power in reserve, but in 2011 I am not sure those elements will ever fully emerge. Yellow stone fruits, candied lemon and white flowers are all pushed forward, while slight hints of volatility linger on the finish. La Bolore emerges from a south facing
