Early Bennington Potters Turquoise Glazed Snack Plate & Mug Set, Signed David Gil footed bowl historic time capsulesThis is a terrific turquoise glazed Bennington Potters mug and snack plate set, I think never used, which feels to me super 1950s and very contemporary at once. David Gil founded Bennington Potters in Bennington, Vermont, in 1948 with original name of Cooperative Design, which is how the plates are marked, and I know they date to between 1952 54. They are signed by Gil. The "trigger mugs," date just little later I believe; three of the four are also
