This is classic Chianti Classico to its core, a blend of 90% Sangioveto (local Sangiovese clone) and 10% Canaiolo. Castellare di Castellina was born in the 1970s with the vision of evolution, focusing on traditional varietals, innovation and working closer to the honesty of the soils in the region.
