Strawberries, 1909 Pennsylvania Watercolor Drawing by Katie Eby carved wooden frog which naturally tilts a bitI purchased this watercolor and a couple of others by the same young Katie Eby (yet to list) from a great paper dealer in PA, who I believe told me as I was purchasing them that they came from the estate of the important American folk art collector and gallerist John Gordon. Nice to know and really, what discerning eye would not fall in love with these full of life strawberries?! Perfectly described in inked cursive along the bottom of the paper too.
