Heirloom Attached Scarf Hat rose Ocean Cap: 95% Cotton 5%This hat is a stretch band made from a dark ink merino spandex stretch knit fabric for that extra comfort. It has a sewn in permanent scarf onto the band. The scarf can be draped around your shoulders, down the back or to the side, or in a rose on the side. It comes with a scrunchie to hold this into place. The scarf print is in a beautiful abstract paisley print in a dark nearly black ink. This is the perfect hat for those that get a hot head as its
