The little pin is articulated at his "waist", the lower half swings back and forth when prompted. The white metal brooch is very sparkly with clear and colored rhinestone, a faux pearl for his face. The pin back is marked Pat. 2066969. The tiny pin measures approximately 1 1 4" long x 1" wide. In very good vintage condition with missing clear stones identified under a loupe. Lots of sparkle left in this sweet pin!
