SOLD Well Worn, Very Painterly Old Red and Yellow Turned Wood Apple Box finely carved game token and lots of word problemsJust about the chippiest surface on an old turned apple box that I've seen, and I really love it. Terrific color, and the make do (end of a stick, whittled a bit to fit) stem I found in it suits it exactly right. I think these are great things in all of their variety, each different from the next due to when it was made, size, how it was painted, and the life it has led. This one earlyish 20th century I believe, with a pink painted flower on the
