With this component, we have joined the original lacquered side cover as well as the black plastic cover that sits a little behind this to form a component made of carbon. Ilmberger uses pre impregnated carbon fibre matrices for the high quality carbon. The fibre volume is dimensions and the alignment of the individual fibres is defined.
