Painted Cut Tin Bird on Branch pattern drawing It appears that the dateI really love the marbleized paint on this tin cutout bird on branch, making it feel a bit as if hovering in the shadows, or maybe persevering through snow and rain and wind. I believe tin cutouts like this were sometime used as quilt templates; whether that is the case with this one I am not sure, but it seems to have age to it.
