1965 Signed Hand-Sculpted Stoneware Head vintage owl just really strikingVery 1960s, I love the drama of this piece, especially the sculptural waves of hair that frame her face and more or less entirely envelop her neck. She's got a lot of personality all the way around, and perpetually on the cusp on announcing something, or perhaps launching into song. Not totally my usual thing, but I really love her. 7 1 4" t x 5 3 8" w x 2 5 8" d. Dated (incised) '65 on the underside of the base with what looks to be an indecipherable
