Pair of Early Tin Litho Penny Toy Cars color study Exulting in triumph now swellI've got a weakness for old tin penny toys these were inexpensive little things, often smaller versions of larger sized models, first produced in Germany in the 1860s and as someone who believes little pick me ups are essential to life, I just like the idea of them. Anyway, I'm not sure who produced these two, but they are pretty old ones for sure, and I love the form of the blue racer especially. Both once wound up but the tiny keys are long gone;
