Offering incredible purity in its black and blue fruits and notes of ground pepper

This is a Latricières of lace and grace yet the supporting tannins are fine but dense and should have no trouble seeing this through an extended aging curve

Chandon de Briailles, Corton Charlemagne Blanc Brut Zero white chocolate(from a tiny parcel in Les Renardes). This is aromatically similar to the straight Corton Blanc though with a whiff of the exotic lurking in the background. There is a lovely sense of energy to the much more obviously mineral and soil inflected larger scaled flavors that flash fine power and drive on the clean, dry and sneaky long finish. This will need to develop better depth to merit the upper end of my projected range, but it may well do so in time.
