The four little pedestal legs upon which the tub rests are pretty great too

Ive learned that he was made by John Hill & Co. England, c. 1930s or so. Very little paint loss. I love this pink face, and the scoop in his hand and the neat bow of his apron tied behind his back! 2 1 8 t and in very good condition. Stamped Made in England on the underside of the base.
