The delicious middle weight flavors are at once sleek and juicy with a clean mouthfeel that continues onto the youthfully austere and moderately firm finale. This is a very fine Bourgogne and worth checking out. Based in Meursault, Domaine Henri Boillot is strategically placed between Puligny Montrachet and Volnay, the two appellations that have become its specialty.
