Resolve is used for removing blotching and whitening problems that occur on concrete with excess moisture content. Resolve works by re dissolving the acrylic and driving it into the concrete leaving a surface ready for re application of Innovative Mfg. solvent based acrylic sealers. Pour Resolve over affected area. Using a clean solvent
