I found these wonderful old hand-painted letters in the stables of a huge old horse farm in Marlborough MA

it won't quite stand up on it's own so just needs to lean lightly against something to stand fingers up

Mary's Antique Pewter Snuff Box 1960s Bennington potters I found these wonderful oldWhat sold me on this 19th century snuff box is the juxtaposition between the fineness of its decoration and the clearly hand scratched "Mary." I thought it likely that Mary did this herself, but on the underside of the box in what appears to be the same hand one can just make out "To Mummy"!
