Raymond Till, Accounting Dept, Boston Navy Yard Early Photo ID Pass in Leather Sleeve antique painted frame which is printed on oneI don't come across a pass or identification card with a photo this old very often, and I quite like the looks of our smiling Raymond Till in his hat and bow tie not looking too much the accountant to me! The pass is for access to the Boston Navy Yard (in Charlestown, opened in 1800 as one of the first navy yards of the US Navy), and was issued by a US Navy Paymaster Armstrong King I believe.
