Antique Silk and Leather Sewing Pouch with Pop Out Pin Cushion borders but which I’ve learned originatedI love the color scheme here, and the combination of silk and leather, and the construction of the whole thing, with pin cushion held inside the pouch, attached by silk "hinges." Such that one could tuck a few spools of thread and whatever else inside the pouch and have the pin cushion there too, all in one. Probably there was once a clasp or ribbon that secured around the button at center to keep it closed, but this is how I found it. 4" x 3 3 8" x 1
